  1. What are the opening hours of the Spa?
       The Spa is open from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.


  2. What should I wear to the Spa?
       Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We will provide you with a bathrobe, pyjamas and slippers.


  3. Should I make a reservation in advance?
       Yes, either visit the spa and make a reservation for your treatment with a spa receptionist or phone to Tel: +856 20 5528911 or +856 71 212325


  4. When should I arrive?
        Please arrive 15 minutes before check-in and change.


  5. Who can help me decide how to choose my treatment?
       Our Spa Manager or Spa receptionist will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order for your treatment. Spa packages are specially designed to offer you a selection of our most popular spa treatment.


  6. What if I have special health consideration?
        Please notify our Spa Manager or Spa receptionists when you make your reservation if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies or any other physical ailments or disabilities. If you are concerned about anything, please let us know.


  7. What do I wear during my treatment?
        Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, wear what you feel is most comfortable for you. We provide special pyjamas for Traditional Massage.


  8. What about my comfort?
        This is your time in the spa and you should delight in it as much as possible. Whether the room is too hot, the music is too loud, the lights too bright or the pressure of the massage uncomfortable…….just let us know.


  9. What about my valuables?
        Please leave them in your room or the locker. The spa will not assume any liabilities.


  10. Should men shave before the facial?
       Yes, we recommend that men shave a few hours before their facial.


  11. What if I am late for an appoinment?
       Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.


  12. What if I need to make a cancellation?
        Please cancel your reservation at least 3 hours in advance.


  13. What about payment?
        We accept Visa card, Master card and cash.
